Reiki is a form of energy healing used alongside conventional medical treatment. Energy healing helps to balance and restore the body. I use a combination of a light touch and ‘hovering hands’ to activate the natural healing process.  Energy healing can be beneficial for physical ailments, relaxation, stress reduction, anxiety, depression, grief, and overall physical, mental and emotional wellness. I pick up on energy from the chakras and bring attention to the areas that may need more balance. I relay this as well as insights conveyed to me by spirit during your session. 

•In-Person Reiki- A 1 Hour Reiki Session followed by any insights that I may receive

•Remote Reiki Session: 40 minute virtual session including Distance Reiki and insights

Reiki for children has many benefits including enhancing self-awareness and self-esteem as well as improving concentration, and physical wellness, to name a few. Energy healing is gentle, safe and non-invasive. I have had the privilege of working with children for over a decade as an Educational Assistant and I have seen first hand the drastic increase of anxiety, depression and low self-esteem among children. Reiki can help promote balance and an overall sense of well-being. 

Reiki sessions for children are approximately thirty minutes but can be modified based on the needs of the child. Insights will be provided at the end of the session. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please contact me to book 💕😊

This reading covers the four aspects of the self: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical to help provide clarity and healing in those areas. I conduct an automatic writing session and write down everything that is conveyed to me. I will relay twenty minutes of information and insights to you via audio recording (no appointment required) OR via virtual meeting online (by appointment)

This is a healing session in which I invoke four archangels: Uriel, Michael, Raphael and Gabriel. Uriel  brings the divine gifts of grounding: light, creativity and balance in the mental plane.
